I have liked Goddard's products in the past, and so far this one has also passed the test! I switched to using this as my weekly counter cleaner and not only does it get rid of messes, it definitely leaves a noticeable shine which I really like. I've never resealed my countertops since we built and this stuff still has them shining nice.
The item isn’t as effective as the heavier cream cleaner/polish. It’s easy to apply but doesn’t have the sheen or lasting effect of the cream.
This is a review of "Goddard's Granite & Marble Spray Polish - Clean and Shine Countertops, Tile, and Stone with Carnauba Wax - Water Stain Protection, 23oz”[As a vine reviewer, I am pledging not to be compensated or influenced by the vendor; I state my opinions based on my personal experience without any bias or pressure; And yes, we pay tax on all the eligible products so they are not exactly complimentary] The Goddard's Marble and Granite spray polish is a general purpose polish designed for porous surfaces like marble, granite, etc. The product comes in a 23 oz. (680ml) spray bottle. Because this is well protected, no leakage occurred enroute. The product itself is a mildly 'chemical' smelling and is non toxic. It is European (UK) origins indicate the concern for the environment. The product works well on both marble and quartz.Note : this is a general purpose polish for marble, etc. and not a stain remover. The product will happily remove some minor (say coffee) stains. But stubborn stains are not its cup of tea or coffee, for that matter. Not withstanding that this is a product you need if you have a marble or granite countertops and can also be used in your bathroom. The smell is not overpowering and goes away quickly. Since this is a specialist product and a necessary one, the slightly higher price is not a big consideration.Since the cleaning effect is slightly limited than a powerful cleaner but taking its specialist use on marble, etc., I will give this worthwhile attempt four stars.
I did notice a difference after spraying and wiping , I did use couple of sprays and paper towel for polish and wipe , it lease a noticeable shine , my main issue is smell , it does have a scent to it
Before applying, I used my water and then marble cleaner to get the surface ready for the wax. Sprayed the surface and, like waxing a car, ended with a showroom level shine.
